The Identity Audit

Examine the gap between who you say you are and how you actually live.

The Practice

Begin where you are.

Take your time with each prompt. There is no right answer. The practice is the honesty.

How to use this worksheet

  1. Define the identity in observable language rather than using a title or aspiration alone.
  2. Use evidence from the last two weeks when you assess current behavior.
  3. Select one gap to work on; an audit is useful only when it produces a specific experiment.

2.

For each word, list three behaviors that would prove it.

3.

Now honestly assess: are you doing those behaviors?

4.

What is the gap? What is one thing you could do today to close it?

Complete the practice

Choose one proof behavior, place it on tomorrow's calendar, and review whether it happened before adding another.

The Path Continues

Do not begin with everything.
Begin with what is calling you.

Enter a room. Read a teaching. Hear the voice. Practice the work. Keep the wisdom.
