Worksheets are guided rituals for the inner life — journal prompts, reflection tools, and printable practice sheets that make knowledge livable. They are not homework. They are structured invitations to turn wisdom into action. Each worksheet is connected to a specific Room and designed to be used in a single sitting.
Worksheets come in three formats: Journal Prompts (open-ended questions for deep reflection), Printable (structured sheets you can print and fill in), and Interactive (guided exercises you can work through on screen). Each worksheet is labeled with its format.
Each worksheet includes a time estimate. Most take between 20 and 60 minutes. The time estimate is a guide, not a rule. Take as long as you need. The practice is the honesty, not the speed.
Start with the Room you are currently in — the human need you are most focused on. Each worksheet is tagged to one or more Rooms. You can also search by theme or browse by format. The worksheet that makes you slightly uncomfortable is usually the right one.
Yes. Many worksheets are designed to be revisited. Your answers will change as you change. The Identity Audit, for example, is most powerful when done quarterly — the gap between your answers reveals your growth.
Yes. Many worksheets are companion practices to the Canon works and Decodings. The Shadow Inventory pairs with The Decoder. The Identity Audit pairs with The Discipline Codex. The connections are noted in each worksheet.
Enter a room. Read a teaching. Hear the voice. Practice the work. Keep the wisdom.
